5. Memberships & Subscriptions
Monthly and quarterly memberships renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals only.

No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
6. Lifetime Access
Lifetime Access provides access to all courses and materials included in the Lifetime plan at the time of purchase, together with future content added to that plan, for as long as the platform remains available.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Alex Mazur Cakes platform and does not guarantee access for the purchaser's lifetime.
We reserve the right to update, replace, or remove individual lessons when necessary to improve the educational content.
7. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
All products sold through Alex Mazur Cakes are digital products delivered immediately after successful payment.
For customers located in the European Union:
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and services.
Where permitted by applicable law, once access has been provided, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
