I started this Academy because I wanted to give cake decorators more than inspiration photos or perfect-looking results. I wanted to share the real process behind beautiful sugar paste figurines - the shapes, proportions, structure, details, and techniques that make each topper come to life.

Inside the Academy, you’ll find step-by-step video tutorials, printable templates, and a growing library of projects designed to help you create with more confidence. My goal is to make the process easier to follow, less overwhelming, and much more enjoyable - whether you are just starting out or already decorating cakes for clients. This is not about guessing, rushing, or comparing yourself to impossible online images. It’s about learning real hands-on skills, understanding how toppers are built, and creating something with your own hands.
